SBCC Track Workout

It was good. A bit slow. (didn't stretch) I was just really trying to get a run in before I had to do something else a little bit later. I rested yesterday and wanted to do a flat work out so I that tomorrow I can do the 744 again. The knees feel much better now than before. They actually felt much better since yesterday and I didn't even have to take anything for it. (although that was the plan)
