Hmm this week kind of sucked. I have had this cough since last Tuesday and I haven't ran. It specially bugged me on Saturday because it was a perfect morning for a long run. I got there for the stretching clinic though, and learned good advice. I hope to run by Wed night. Weekday practices have moved from Tuesday to Wednesday which means I'll be able to make at least 2/month now!!! I hope to run by Wednesday, because it's long overdue. My ribs hurt from coughing...yuck.
