LA Marathon Training has begun

Awesome picture! I found it online, look how far ahead Bolt is. Anyhow, tomorrow, I am running my first set of 5 x 100 meters for my LA Marathon training. I have come up with a whole schedule based on the Runner's World Guide to Road Racing (pg62-65). It includes the regular downtown 3.6 loop on Mondays, Treadmill Tempo Tuesdays, Track Wednesdays, Time Run Thursdays, Easy Fridays and Long Run Saturdays.

Countdown for LA Marathon is 73 days.

Incidently, I would like to recommend some
small gadget like pedometers.
pedometer can count steps, track distance and calculate calories burned, hope your guys like it.
