Day 21- Monday's 1st accomplishment

I ran outdoors this morning (the 'loop')and thankfully there is no more ash. It is the first day of school around here so I got out early enough to miss all the school traffic. I was surprised to cut a minute out of the first mile. I knew it would be a good run. (Monday's can often be a good run day). Although I ran better than usual, I didn't push myself even close to enough. However, I did come in with my second best time! 1:04:43 , which allowed me to get here just in time to watch Gonzales' resignation. (Had I taken 5 more minutes as usual, I would've missed it!) I am thinking I can get a best time at the latest by the end of next week. That's all for now. =0)
