I finally ran for the first time yesterday, and then again today :D
I was starting to get easily aggravated, annoyed, confrontational and mildly depressed after 2.5 weeks of sitting around with a cough/flu thing. I kicked the cough on the day of my first run...so i wonder if I should've never stopped running to avoid the cough?
